The primary goal for the Campus Master Plan is to create a state-of-the-arts healthcare facility by renovating the existing hospital, add a complex of multi-story outpatient medical office buildings to the south, as well as creating a Regional Comprehensive Healthcare Campus to include an Elder Care Facility and an inpatient/outpatient Behavioral Health Facility to be located on the adjacent parcel of land east of the exisiting hospital.
A new Staff Housing Development would also be included in the housing zone along the northern boundary of the east parcel.
