This housing development on the campus of the Westside Health Clinic contains 16 one bedroom units each with a one-car garage; six two bedroom units each with a two-car garage; four three bedroom units each with a two-car garage; and one four bedroom unit with a two-car garage. Most of the units were designed in duplex configurations except for the four bedroom unit and two one bedroom units.
Two neighborhoods, an adult neighborhood to the east and a family neighborhood to the west, were developed in cul-de-sac layout to avoid problems with through vehicular traffic, as well as creating a sense of place for each neighborhood. A basketball/volleyball court and a children playground will be provided at the center between the neighborhoods.
