SRa uses “Collaborative Workshops”, or “Squatters Sessions”, to gather information from the Client's Leadership and other stakeholders. During these workshops we will obtain data, build ownership, and establish consensus to reach an appropriate, in budget solution for the project. This process will define physical space needs, space relationships, environmental requirements, and overall feel of the project. The information obtained from the stakeholders will become the guiding principal for all future design decisions.

We involve the entire A/E design team in the information gathering and decision-making process with the client. We encourage Owner involvement in the design process and welcome interactive participation during reviews and work sessions.
